Most people come to me when the work has outgrown the way they're running it. It still moves, but only because they keep pushing it. What they want back is simple: the work keeps going, and their head gets quieter.
I don't sell a service menu. We start by understanding what you're actually carrying, then we decide the smallest thing that will move it.

Option 1
It starts with a short conversation, so we both know it's a fit and I don't arrive blind. Then two hours together and a written read within 72 hours. You leave with the pattern named, where your time is leaking, and the first moves already decided. Most people are surprised how much lifts in one sitting.
Three weeks. We build the structure your work runs on: one place it lives, clear handoffs, a rhythm that holds when you step back. Half up front.

The infrastructure is yours. You don't end up depending on me. That's the point.

Some work doesn't fit into a three week build. When you have something big to move, bring me in directly.
