The through-line
For twenty years I moved complex projects forward: telecom and fiber, localization across more than twenty languages, distributed teams across countries that never met in person. I also moved myself across continents, cultures, and lives more than once. Underneath all of it was one question I chose early, studying how organizations communicate while they change at the Université de Montréal, and I've been circling it ever since: how do people and systems actually move through change? These days what I help move is people and what they're going through: founders in transition, executives planning to leave corporate life who don't know where to start, teams changing shape, and a community I grew from a forest in Sweden.
How I see change
Change isn't something you force, and it isn't something you can avoid. It just is. I've spent my life helping people and organizations move through it while staying true to their vision.
I build my own tools
I adopt every new wave early, and I build my own systems, dashboards, and AI workflows instead of waiting for someone to hand them over. I follow how collaboration itself is changing, not just the tools, and I bring that into the work.

Always exploring and learning
Six years in the forest
My partner Milan and I built and run Mycelium Hub at Asphyttan, in the Swedish forest. Close to 500 people have come through it, in retreats, workshops, and pop-ups across Sweden and Mexico. It keeps teaching me the same thing: strong things move through a network, not through one person carrying all of it. Fungi keep proving it: decentralized, regenerative, patient.
What I believe
Collective leadership, not hero leadership. The mycelium does not have a CEO.
Decentralization as a design principle, not a slogan.
Regeneration over extraction. You build things that put back more than they take.
Deeper
Three notes on how I think.
Where I am now
Based in Sweden, building presence in Latin America. If you are in the region or passing through, I am genuinely interested in meeting.
I am not leaving my past behind. I am integrating it.
