I hold the technical side and the human side at the same time. Most people pick one. I move the work forward without losing the people inside it.
The problem I see
Most of the time the work runs on one person holding all of it in their head. It moves while they push, and it stalls the moment they stop. The problem is never the person. It's that nothing underneath the work holds it up.
What I do about it
I build the structure underneath, so the work keeps moving even when you step back.
What I am
Not a coach, not an operator. A coach works on you and never touches the machine. An operator takes the machine and never gives it back. I build the infrastructure your work runs on, and it stays yours.
